With an eagerness to learn and desire to take responsibility for their daily activities it is important to include nutrition and fitness at this pivotal time in development. 


We believe that early introduction to exercise as fun will help youngsters develop positive, lifetime fitness practices as well as better health habits.

By Identifying each child's level of fitness we are able to then create activities that are both age - and skill-appropriate.

What we offer:

  • Weekly Fit-Camps ( 30- 60 minutes)
