Side to Side Jump Squats

Jump squats are one of the fastest, most effective ways to firm up your butt!



•Place your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend at the knees while driving your hips back. •Keep your chest up and your core tight.

•Remain in a squat stance as you forcefully push off the ground, jumping to the right side.

•Check your form then repeat, jumping to the other side. •Keep alternating between sides.

Straight-Arm Plank with Shoulder Touch

* Full body workout focusing on shoulders and arms



Get into a pushup position on the floor with arms directly beneath your shoulders and hips forming a straight line from your shoulders to your feet.


Remaining as stable as possible, lift one hand off the floor and touch the front of the opposite shoulder. Place hand gently back on the floor.

Tip* Keep your core engaged throughout

Workout* try 3 sets of 30 second rounds with 15 second breaks in between
