Fit Moms of Philly, LLC encourages women to shop around and find what type of movement or fitness regimen keeps them motivated. I specialize in Pregnancy and Postpartum exercise! As a certified Doula it is my goal to give a full range of services to a woman during their childbearing years! It is important to me to instill dedication, accountability, and persistence within Fit Moms Of Philly, LLC.

I started my career back in 2017 but I was no stranger to the fitness world as I wrestled on a mens team for 10 years, ran track, and played volleyball. Now as a mother of 2 I have made it my life's work to focus on moms and their well being.
