We celebrate women from all walks of life and emphasize the power of group wellness. Meet the Owner!
I'm Delisa Roman, the proud founder and owner of Fit Moms of Philly and a mother of three!
This dynamic wellness hub is dedicated to empowering women to feel stronger, healthier, and fully supported through every stage of motherhood and life. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Prenatal Exercise Specialist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Pennsylvania Board Certified Perinatal Doula, I enthusiastically combine fitness, maternal wellness, and education to an incredible environment where women can truly thrive.
As my love for community grows I've created Ready to Reach, a nonprofit organization linked to Fit Moms of Philly, furthering my commitment to supporting mothers in our community.
At Fit Moms of Philly, we create a space women can come together, gain strength, share valuable resources, and realize they are never alone their motherhood journey.
My mission is clear: to help women feel strong in their bodies, confident in themselves, and deeply connected a supportive community that stands by them!
